Financial Advisory Manager – Balbriggan
We are partnering with our client, a leading Top 20 accountancy and taxation practice with a strong presence in the Northeast, to hire an experienced Financial Advisory Manager to join a busy and growing team.

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Working Model: Hybrid – 4 days in office, Friday working from home
Salary: 55k-65 DOE
Key Responsibilities
- Manage corporate finance engagements from initial planning through to completion
- Deliver financial due diligence, financial modelling, valuations, and transaction reports
- Support M&A, fundraising, debt negotiation, refinancing, and restructuring assignments
- Prepare business plans, forecasts, and strategic financial analysis
- Build strong relationships with business owners, management teams, financial institutions, legal advisers, and other stakeholders
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, supporting their professional development
- Prepare proposals and support business development and new client opportunities
- Contribute to the growth and development of the Corporate Finance service
Requirements
- ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate finance, transaction services, audit, advisory, or investment banking
- Proven experience managing corporate finance transactions from start to finish
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Excellent understanding of financial statements and commercial drivers
- Experience preparing reports and presenting findings to senior stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Previous team leadership or mentoring experience
