Operations Supervisor
At Osborne we are currently recruiting for an Operations Supervisor to join a national trade and supply-chain hub based in Drogheda.
You will responsible for leading a busy Operative team and coordinating daily activities within a fast-paced, heavy industrial environment.

The Role:
- Working as part of a small, dedicated team to oversee operational activity.
- You will be responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating daily operations.
- You will be responsible for managing an operations team.
- Co-ordinating and managing the stock control and management programme.
- Being responsible for team’s adherence to PPE.
- Taking a lead in ensuring adherence to best practice in relation to health and safety procedures.
- Ensuring all required administration duties are completed.
- Co-ordinating training schedules and training courses.
Requirements:
- Experience in a team Leadership, supervisor or coordinator role in an operations based industry
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and on own initiative is essential
- Must be safety conscious and have a genuine ‘can-do’ attitude
- Be available to work flexible hours and be available to work weekends
- Previously held a supervisor, team leader or coordinator role.
- Previous experience using computers/systems
- Forklift experience an advantage
