Recruitment Consultant – Kildare

Location: Naas, Co. Kildare
Job Type: Permanent 
Salary: DOE + Uncapped Commission

At Osborne, we are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join our award-winning team in Kildare.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality recruitment solutions for a diverse client base, including multinational organisations and SMEs
  • Source and attract top talent using a variety of traditional, digital, and social recruitment methods
  • Screen, interview, and guide candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Develop, retain, and grow client relationships by consistently delivering an efficient and high-quality service
  • Conduct weekly client visits for both business development and account management
  • Identify and follow up on new business opportunities and leads
  • Negotiate fees and terms in line with company policies
  • Write and publish job advertisements across job boards, websites, and social media platforms
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with candidates and clients across Kildare and the Mid-East region

Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong background in recruitment, sales, business development, and account management
  • Results-driven with a proven ability to meet targets and deadlines
  • Highly organised with excellent time management and workload prioritisation skills
  • Professional and personable, with strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to understand client hiring requirements and successfully match the right talent to the right opportunity
  • Ambitious, energetic, and driven, with a strong desire to succeed
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills
  • Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable using multiple IT systems, CRM platforms, and AI-enabled tools to maximise performance
