Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality recruitment solutions for a diverse client base, including multinational organisations and SMEs
Source and attract top talent using a variety of traditional, digital, and social recruitment methods
Screen, interview, and guide candidates throughout the recruitment process
Develop, retain, and grow client relationships by consistently delivering an efficient and high-quality service
Conduct weekly client visits for both business development and account management
Identify and follow up on new business opportunities and leads
Negotiate fees and terms in line with company policies
Write and publish job advertisements across job boards, websites, and social media platforms
Build strong and lasting relationships with candidates and clients across Kildare and the Mid-East region
Skills & Experience Required
Strong background in recruitment, sales, business development, and account management
Results-driven with a proven ability to meet targets and deadlines
Highly organised with excellent time management and workload prioritisation skills
Professional and personable, with strong relationship-building and communication skills
Ability to understand client hiring requirements and successfully match the right talent to the right opportunity
Ambitious, energetic, and driven, with a strong desire to succeed
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills
Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Comfortable using multiple IT systems, CRM platforms, and AI-enabled tools to maximise performance
