Finance & Operations Administrator (Part-time)
Are you:
A university graduate at Level 8 or higher?
Experienced in handling the day-to-day accounting and finance function of an organisation?
Familiar with using Surf accounting software? (desirable)
Demonstrably creative with content creation/copy?
Experienced at managing organisational social media accounts?
Skilled in managing projects and giving presentations?
A professional with strong attention to detail, organisational and time management skills.
Experienced working in a public sector or not-for-profit environment? (desirable)

For you:
€45k-€55k (pro rata)
22.5 hrs per week (potential for increased hours)
25 Days annual leave (pro rata)
South Dublin location easily accessible by car and public transport
Your work:
Accounts
Manage the day-to-day finance function, including payment runs, bank and credit card reconciliations, income monitoring and financial record maintenance.
Support the CEO with budgeting, preparation of monthly management accounts, regulatory reporting and audit processes.
Working with external accountant at year-end to ensure accounts are audit ready
Marketing
Preparing and delivering grant and partnership applications
Content creation using appropriate tools (e.g Canva)
Managing social media accounts of the charity
Community Outreach
Preparing and delivering healthcare presentations to vulnerable groups
Governance
Working with the board of trustees to ensure that all relevant governance requirements are met to maintain Triple Lock recognition.
