Our client, a healthcare-focused organisation based in Cork, is seeking a Clinical Support Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis, initially for 6 months..
This role would be particularly well suited to candidates from a Nursing background or healthcare professionals with a clinical, patient-care or medical background who is looking to move into a role combining patient support and healthcare coordination.

For You:
Pay Rate: €17 – €19 p/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming emails and responding to customer queries.
- Answering telephone calls and providing professional customer support.
- Organising and maintaining customer files and records.
- Scheduling meetings, appointments and customer home visits.
- Processing customer booking forms accurately and efficiently.
- Liaising with customers and internal teams to coordinate bookings and services.
- Travelling to customers’ homes to provide support with CPAP machines and other relevant medical equipment.
- Assisting customers with the use and set-up of equipment.
- Fitting and assisting customers with CPAP face masks.
- Providing customers with clear, professional and reassuring guidance.
- Completing relevant documentation and updating customer records following visits.
- Maintaining a high standard of customer care, confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
- A background in nursing, healthcare, clinical support, medical administration or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring, professional and patient-focused approach.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Good attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.
- Confidence using computers and learning new software systems.
- The ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
- A full clean driving licence and the flexibility to travel to customers’ homes.
