Group Consolidation Manager

€80,000–€95,000 + Competitive Package | Hybrid / Remote

We are currently partnering with a high-growth international organisation to appoint an experienced Group Consolidation Manager to its senior finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to take ownership of the group consolidation and reporting function across a complex, multi-entity international business, with operations spanning North America, Europe and APAC.

The role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and provides an excellent platform for someone looking to progress their career within an international, acquisition-driven organisation.

The Role

  • Ownership of monthly, quarterly and year-end group consolidation
  • Preparation and review of multi-currency consolidated financial statements
  • Intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation
  • IFRS group reporting and local GAAP-to-IFRS alignment
  • Coordination with finance teams across multiple international entities
  • Oversight of consolidation systems, master data and intercompany mapping
  • Supporting transfer pricing, Group tax and audit requirements
  • Financial integration and onboarding of newly acquired businesses
  • Driving continuous improvement, automation and efficiencies across the group reporting process
  • Acting as a senior technical accounting resource to finance teams across the organisation

About You

We are looking for an experienced finance professional who can operate confidently within a complex international group structure.

  • 5+ years’ experience in group accounting within a multi-entity or multinational organisation
  • Strong experience in IFRS and group consolidation
  • Experience with multi-currency reporting, intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation
  • Experience with AARO or a similar consolidation system
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience coordinating external audits
  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent qualification highly desirable
  • Big 4 experience would be advantageous but is not essential
  • Exposure to acquisitions, PPA, transfer pricing or finance transformation projects would be particularly valuable
