Production Operator

Our client is seeking a Production Operator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. This position offers a steady Monday to Thursday schedule and requires efficiency, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Location: Carrigtwohill/Little Island, Co. Cork
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 39 hours per week (Monday to Thursday)
Pay Rate: €14.50 p/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow all production instructions and adhere to GMP/GDP standards.
• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and effectively.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Inspect and package finished products to ensure quality and compliance.
• Participate in required training and follow all health & safety procedures.
• Report production issues promptly and assist in resolving day-to-day challenges.
• Foster a team-oriented work environment and assist in training new staff.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Previous experience in a production/manufacturing operative role is desirable.
• Willingness to follow all relevant procedures, policies, and safety guidelines.
