Osborne Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a well-established organisation based in Maynooth, Co. Kildare, to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant for a temporary assignment for approximately 6-8 weeks.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, professional and proactive Executive Assistant who enjoys working in a busy environment and takes pride in providing a high level of support to senior management.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive executive and administrative support, ensuring that the day-to-day activities of the senior leadership team are managed efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive and comprehensive executive support to senior management.
  • Manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
  • Organise internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, papers and supporting documentation.
  • Take accurate minutes at meetings and maintain action and decision logs, ensuring follow-up where required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation and detailed itineraries.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and briefing documents.
  • Manage incoming correspondence and communications, ensuring actions are prioritised and followed through.
  • Support the organisation of events, meetings and other key organisational activities.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases and filing systems.
  • Provide general administrative and organisational support to ensure the smooth running of the office and senior management function.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • 3+ years’ experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or senior administrative role.
  • Proven experience supporting senior management or C-suite executives.
  • Excellent diary, meeting and organisational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence dealing with a range of stakeholders.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Previous experience coordinating events, travel or governance/committee meetings would be an advantage.
